Why Not Serve Up Some Hot Apple Cider?

Enjoy as a delicious spirit for a Halloween party or enjoy this warm good for you drink in the afternoon with the kids.
Hot Apple Cider
HOT APPLE CIDER MADE WITH MULLING SPICES
Ingredients:
Dried orange or lemon slices
4 cinnamon sticks
1 Tablespoon cloves
1 Tablespoon whole allspice berries
1 nutmeg, to be grated on as garnish
Cider
Put a small amount of each of these ingredients into a small muslin bag or cheesecloth, bundle ingredients together with kitchen string. In a large saucepan, place the bundle of spices into pan with cider. Stir cider occasionally, until heated all the way through, about 12 minutes. Be sure to heat, do not boil cider. Serve at once, and garnish with grated nutmeg, whole cinnamon stick, and slice of fresh orange in you wish.

How To Make PopCorn Chicken

Popcorn Chicken is a meal kids love. Serve it with mashed potatoes, buttermilk biscuits, and gravy.
Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup white flour
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 small boneless chicken breasts
3/4 cups vegetable oil
Mix flour and Cajun seasoning in small mixing bowl.
In separate bowl, beat egg.
Cut chicken breasts in small pieces anywhere from about a 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inch in size, depending on how crispy you want (smaller=crispier).
Pour oil into a small skillet and place on a medium heat.
Dip pieces of chicken into egg, make sure they are fully covered.
Drop the chicken, piece by piece into the flour mixture, coating the chicken.
Test to be sure that the oil is ready by dropping a little drop of batter into the oil. If it sizzles and fries, it's ready. Slide the chicken into the skillet, slowly to be sure the oil doesn't splatter all over you. Do this as quickly as possible. After about 3-4 minutes, flip the pieces over. Pieces should be colored a light golden brown.
When chicken is finished, scoop it out draining as much oil as possible into the pan for more chicken and place it on a plate with the two paper towels lining the bottom.
My best serving suggestion is buttermilk biscuits, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

Looking For Quick After-School Snack?

Get your kids into the kitchen after school for a quick delicious snack.Spread a 1” layer of slightly softened ice cream on a cookie, then top with another cookie. Kids can then pat the ice cream edges with cake decorator sprinkles, candy-coated chocolate pieces, mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and immediately add to the freezer.

Remembering Michael Jackson
Will You Be There lyrics
Hold Me
Like The River Jordan
And I Will Then Say To Thee
You Are My Friend
Carry Me
Like You Are My Brother
Love Me Like A Mother
Would You Be There?
Weary
Tell Me Will You Hold Me
When Wrong, Will You Skold Me
When Lost Will You Find Me?
But They Told Me
A Man Should Be Faithful
And Walk When Not Able
And Fight Till The End
But I'm Only Human
Everyone's Taking Control Of Me
Seems That The World's
Got A Role For Me
I'm So Confused
Will You Show To Me
You'll Be There For Me
And Care Enough To Bear Me
(Hold Me) show me
(Lay Your Head Lowly)
told me
(Softly Then Boldly)
(Carry Me There)
I'm Only Human
(Lead Me)
hold me
(Love Me And Feed Me)
ye yeah
(Kiss Me And Free Me)
yeah
(I Will Feel Blessed)
I'm Only Human
(Carry)
Carry
(Carry Me Boldly)
Carry me
(Lift Me Up Slowly)
yeah
(Carry Me There)
I'm Only Human
(Save Me)
need me
(Heal Me And Bathe Me)
lift me up lift me up
(Softly You Say To Me)
(I Will Be There)
I Will Be There
(Lift Me)
i'm gonna care
(Lift Me Up Slowly)
(Carry Me Boldly)
yeah
(Show Me You Care)
Show Me You Care
(Hold Me)
whoooo
(Lay Your Head Lowly)
i git lonly some times
(Softly Then Boldly)
i git lonly
(Carry Me There)
yeah yeah carry me there
yeah yeah yeah
[Spoken]
In Our Darkest Hour
In My Deepest Despair
Will You Still Care?
Will You Be There?
In My Trials
And My Tripulations
Through Our Doubts
And Frustrations
In My Violence
In My Turbulence
Through My Fear
And My Confessions
In My Anguish And My Pain
Through My Joy And My Sorrow
In The Promise Of Another Tomorrow
I'll Never Let You Part
For You're Always In My Heart.
